It is specified that the claim does not constitute a complaint and, consequently, it does not initiate the administrative sanctioning procedure for violation of the consumer protection regulations indicated in Article 106 of Law No. 29571, the Consumer Protection and Defense Code; or norm that modifies or replaces it.
